Trolley on Main Policies
Payment: A deposit of due once the booking is confirmed. An email notification of event confirmation will be sent and you have 48 hours to submit deposit before the booking is cancelled.
Full payment is due 1 week prior to the event.
Cancellation Policy: You will receive a full refund if your event is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the event. A partial refund will be given if cancelled 2 weeks prior to the event. No refund if the event is cancelled within 48 hours of the event.
Damage Policy: You will be charged an additional $150 cleaning fee for any spills or messes left behind. Major damages will reflect the cost of repair.
Misconduct: The person booking the event will be held responsible for the conduct of the guests. Trolley on Main has absolutely no tolerance for underage drinking. Trolley on Main reserves the right to stop your trolley ride at any time due to misconduct.
Alcohol Policy: Guests over the age of 21 may bring an alcoholic drink on board only in a plastic container. No open containers can exit the trolley. Trash cans are provided. ABSOLUTELY no glass, this ensures the safety for our passengers, staff, and the trolley. If glass is found, you are subject to a fee. Please drink responsibly!
Food: We ask that no food is brought onto the Trolley. If food is brought, you are subject to a fee for disposal and clean up.
Weather Policy: Trolley on Main reserves the right to cancel any scheduled event due to weather conditions that Trolley on Main deems unsafe for travel. The event may be re-booked within one year of cancellation date without any fees.
Covid 19 Policy: If anyone in your group has tested positive to Covid 19 within 5 days prior to your event they will not be allowed on the trolley.
Age requirements: You must be 25 years old in order to rent the trolley and be present on the ride. Anyone under 5 must be accompanied by an adult.
Smoking Policy: Smoking and E-Cigarettes are not permitted onboard the trolley at any time.
